Right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’) — Art. 17 GDPR
The “right to be forgotten” is the concept that an individual's personal data stored by an organization or service provider has to be erased at the individual's request. It is a legal right granted under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Article 17, which protects the personal data of individuals in the European Union (EU).
How to exercise your right to be forgotten with WingDriver
In order to exercise your right, please email support@wingdriver.com indicating your wish for your data to be erased. We will do so promptly as long as you follow these simple instructions:
- Email us at support@wingdriver.com
- You must include your username
- Send the email from the email address linked to your own account information.
